The annual report details the financial and non-financial performance of the Queensland Water Commission (QWC) from 1 July 2010 to 30 June 2011. It highlights the work, achievements, performance, outlook and financial position of the Commission, and satisfies the requirements of Queensland's Financial Accountability Act 2009, the Financial and Performance Management Standard 2009 and the Annual Report Requirements for Queensland Government agencies for the 2010–11 reporting period.
