Dispute Resolution

The SEQ Water Market Rules (Chapter 9) set out a process for the simple, quick and inexpensive resolution of disputes. This process seeks to encourage resolution of disputes without reliance upon legal proceedings.

The diagrams below outline the SEQ Water Market Rules Dispute Resolution process, as detailed in Chapter 9 of the Market Rules. This chapter applies to disputes that arise between Grid Participants and between a Grid Participant and the Water Grid Manager regarding matters outlined in Market Rules Section 9.2.
